  • Go Up on Stage / Do Something You’re Scared Of

    • finding ways to get out of your comfort zone and tell your anxiety “no”

  • Understand How to Use ChatGPT Better

    • serves as no code except rlly fucking fast and easy to use

    • work smarter

    • my fav use cases:

      • summarize articles / find key insights

      • go on reddit and data mine articles quickly for user pain points related to your biz / idea

      • regEx your data rlly quickly

  • Be Vulnerable

    • eg blogging

  • Don’t Be Afraid to Ask

    • “just ask” (not guess) —> worst case is they say no

  • Listen to Ppl Who Came Before You (But Don’t Be Afraid to Make Your Own Call)

    • books, newsletters, linkedin feed, instagram feed —> however best you consume content

    • integrate it into your natural streams (ie where you check most often)

  • Sharing More of Who You Are

    • This can take the form of blogging, or some other medium you prefer

    • One of the highest dividends activities for me has been starting my own blog and posting vulnerably about my feelings, struggles, and barriers. It’s helped me bond with new and existing friends on deeper levels as they can get to know me deeper without worrying if they have to risk part of themselves first (though usually it does lead to them opening up as well).

    • When you share more of yourself with others, it leaves more on the table for them to connect with — and the more they can connect with, the stronger of a bond you can form and thus the better you will both feel (a win-win).

    • Starting a blog has helped me be more comfortable with my emotions as well as processing difficult thoughts, and it’s unintentionally helped me develop a stronger image and sense of confidence in public. People approach ME first now because of what they’ve already read about me, making it easier for me to identify people with similar values and priorities.
